This instrument is suitable for knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics and laminated fabrics, as well as various fabrics manufactured by other processes.

Working principle: cover a certain area of the sample on the elastic diaphragm, and clamp it with an annular fixture, gently increase the fluid pressure under the elastic diaphragm, so that the sample rupture within a certain time range, and the maximum liquid pressure value measured, minus the correction number of the elastic diaphragm, is the expansion and bursting strength value of the tested sample.
